The Punch Diablo is the brand's modern walk on the wild side — a full-strength line blended in collaboration with AJ Fernandez and rolled at his Nicaraguan factory for General Cigar. The Scamp is its toro, 6.13 inches at a 50 ring gauge, and it's a serious step up in power from anything else wearing the Punch band.

What it tastes like

The blend is built for intensity, using well-aged tobacco throughout: a four-year-aged Ecuador Sumatra oscuro wrapper, a six-year-old Connecticut broadleaf binder, and aged Nicaraguan and Honduran Habano ligero fillers. That ligero-heavy recipe delivers a full-bodied, high-octane smoke — dark chocolate, black pepper, espresso, leather and earth, with the kind of depth and richness that comes from extra fermentation and age. It's bold from the first puff and stays that way.

Who it's for

This is strictly for experienced, full-strength smokers — ideally not on an empty stomach. If you love big, dark, peppery cigars, the Diablo delivers. Newer smokers should start much lighter; the Punch Coronations or Punch Rothschild are far friendlier.
