Cigars, made simple — and honest

Two things, working together. This site is a growing library of plain-English guides, 780+ cigar reviews with critic ratings, free calculators, and a self-paced Cigars 101 course. The Casa DNC app is where you put it into practice — track your humidor, log what you smoke, rate cigars, and watch them age.

• Specs are verified. Every cigar's size, wrapper, binder, filler, origin, and strength is checked against manufacturer and reputable tobacconist sources before it goes live. We skip cigars we can't verify.
• Ratings are sourced, never invented. Critic scores come from published reviewers (e.g. Cigar Aficionado) and are attributed with the publication and year. We never fabricate a rating, price, or award — and we match a score to the exact size it was given.
• Beginner-first, no hype. We explain jargon the first time we use it, recommend by what to look for rather than pushing specific SKUs, and avoid hard price claims that go stale.
• Adults only, no health claims. Cigars are tobacco. Our content is educational and lifestyle-focused; we never frame smoking as safe.

We're cigar enthusiasts building the resource we wished existed when we started — one place that answers the real beginner questions without gatekeeping. We'd rather say “we're not sure” than guess. When we get something wrong, we fix it. If you spot an error or have a question, email hello@casadnc.com — we read every message.
