Arturo Fuente Añejo No. 77 Shark

The Añejo No. 77, better known as "The Shark," might be the most famous cigar in the Añejo line. It's a chunky figurado — nearly six inches, swelling to a 64 ring gauge — with a rounded head that transitions to a square, box-pressed foot. Despite the "No. 77," that name comes from Fuente lore, not the ring gauge.

What it tastes like

It's the Añejo blend at full volume: dark chocolate, espresso, cedar, and leather, with that signature cognac-barrel sweetness from the aged Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The big format delivers a cool, smoke-rich draw, and the shifting shape gives it a slightly different feel from the round head to the pressed foot. Medium-to-full and deeply satisfying.
