Flavor profile
Creamy · Earthy · Roast · Spice
The Perdomo 10th Anniversary Champagne is the cigar that put Perdomo's bourbon-barrel aging on the map. Nick Perdomo aged the silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper in old bourbon barrels and nicknamed it the "Champagne" of wrappers — and the name stuck. This Robusto is a friendly 5 x 54 with a butterscotch-gold leaf over Cuban-seed Nicaraguan tobacco.
What it tastes like
This is a mild-to-medium smoke that leans creamy and lightly sweet: butterscotch and white chocolate up front, then toasted nuts, soft cedar, and a gentle dusting of white pepper. It is mellow without being boring, which makes it a great daytime or "with coffee" cigar. If you are still figuring out where you sit on the spectrum, our cigar strength guide lays it out.
Who it's for
This is an easy yes for beginners and anyone who likes a smooth Connecticut. Because the wrapper is Ecuadorian rather than Nicaraguan, it sips lighter than most Perdomos — see how a pale wrapper changes things in our maduro vs Connecticut breakdown, and browse more Perdomo cigars once you find your favorite size.
Light one with a creamy coffee, then log it in the Casa DNC app so you remember how it smoked.
