Flavor profile

Earthy · Spice · Fruity

The Studio Tobac collaboration was born from a collective of enthusiasts and Ernesto Padilla pushing each other to do something beyond a standard production cigar. The result was this figurado — an unusual tapered shape at a wide 6 x 60 ring gauge — built on all-Nicaraguan filler with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Only 1,000 boxes of ten were made, making this a collector-grade smoke.

What it tastes like

The figurado shape means the draw evolves as the ring gauge changes through the cigar — starting tight and focused at the tapered head, opening into the full 6 x 60 at the foot. The Ecuadorian Habano wrapper adds an earthy, slightly floral quality that plays well with the Nicaraguan long-fillers. Earth and spice lead, followed by cedar and leather in the middle section. Dark fruit — dried plum and a hint of raisin — emerges in the final third. Strength is medium-full, with a profile that leans toward the complex side.

Who it's for

Figurados are a format for aficionados who enjoy watching a cigar change character as the shape transitions. The Studio Tobac collaboration is limited production and leans toward collectors and dedicated Padilla fans.
