Flavor profile
Earthy · Spice · Roast
The Dunbarton Todos Las Dias Toro represents the most assertive corner of Steve Saka's regular portfolio. "Todos Las Dias" translates to "every day" — a tongue-in-cheek nod from Saka, since this is emphatically not a casual, background smoke. It is, by Saka's own admission, the strongest regular production cigar in the Dunbarton lineup.
The construction is a true Nicaraguan puro: Cuban-seed sun-grown wrapper leaf from Nicaragua, Nicaraguan binder, and long-leaf filler from Estelí and Jalapa — two of Nicaragua's most celebrated growing regions. Rolled at Joya de Nicaragua in Estelí, Todos Las Dias distills the concentrated power that Nicaraguan tobacco is capable of when blended at full strength without softening additions from other regions.
The toro format (6×52) gives the puro enough runway to develop across multiple thirds. The opening is peppery and earthy, driven by the sun-grown wrapper's aggressive character. The middle third introduces leather and coffee bean complexity from the Estelí filler, while Jalapa's natural sweetness starts to emerge as a counterpoint. The final third intensifies — this is a cigar that builds, not tapers.
Note that the Todos Las Dias line was placed on indefinite hiatus around 2021 due to tobacco supply constraints, with select vitolas returning via a limited Archive Series release.
