New WorldEverydayDunbarton Sobremesa El Americano
El Americano is the 6×52 toro expression of the Sobremesa — Saka's five-tobacco masterpiece in a format that gives the blend's Pennsylvania Broadleaf and Nicaraguan ligero extra time to perform.

The Dunbarton Sobremesa El Americano is the toro expression from Saka's most technically complex regular line. While the Robusto Largo (5¼×52) gives an efficient, focused look at the Sobremesa blend, the El Americano stretches that same five-tobacco formula across 6 inches — giving the Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero and the Estelí Criollo C-98 viso additional time to open up and shift across the course of the smoke.
El Americano debuted alongside four other vitolas when Sobremesa launched at IPCPR 2015, with 25-count boxes and a blend constructed at Joya de Nicaragua in Estelí. The wrapper — an Ecuadorian Habano Dark Rosado Grade 1, which Saka sources from the same "La Meca" primings used across the Sobremesa family — provides the first aromatic handshake: oily, slightly sweet, with a touch of barnyard that clears quickly into a creamy cedar character.
The filler's five components are the real story. The Pennsylvania Broadleaf ligero (Lancaster County) delivers a distinctive sweetness that's different from Nicaraguan or Dominican leaf; the Nicaraguan fillers (Condega, Pueblo Nuevo, and La Joya Estelí) provide body and structure; the Mexican Matacapan binder adds subtle earth. All rolled at Joya de Nicaragua's factory in Estelí under Saka's supervision.
Strength sits firmly at medium — accessible for a broad range of smokers, particularly those who want craft-level complexity without aggressive nicotine delivery. The El Americano format is the sweet spot in the Sobremesa lineup for most enthusiasts.
