Flavor profile

Earthy · Balanced · Sweet · Spice

Blind Man's Bluff is Caldwell stepping outside the Dominican Republic and working in Honduras — a country more associated with Camacho than with Robert Caldwell. That connection is literal: the Blind Man's Bluff is made at Agroindustrias Laepe S.A. in Danlí, the same factory behind the Camacho core line. The Robusto (5 x 52) is the shortest vitola and the most focused expression of the blend.

What it tastes like

The Ecuadorian Habano wrapper sets a warm, slightly earthy baseline. The Honduran Criollo binder adds structure and a cedary backbone, while the filler — Dominican San Vicente Viso and Honduran Criollo Generoso Ligero — delivers a rich, layered core. Cedar and toasted bread dominate the first half, sweet spice and pepper pick up through the center, and the finish is cool and long. Medium-to-full in body and strength.

Who it's for

Blind Man's Bluff is a great cigar for anyone who wants to explore Honduran tobacco outside of the mainstream Camacho conversation. The Robusto is the quickest smoke in the line — about an hour — which makes it a good weeknight choice.
