The Aging Room Solera Corojo Festivo is the shortest vitola in the Aging Room Solera lineup, but its 4.75 × 52 frame packs genuine complexity thanks to the brand's signature Solera aging method. Rafael Nodal's Boutique Blends team uses a fractional blending process — combining Dominican Habano tobaccos from multiple harvest years and allowing them to marry in aging rooms before the cigars are ever rolled at Tabacalera Palma in Santiago.

The Dominican Corojo wrapper (distinguished by a red band) imparts a reddish-brown, slightly textured surface that burns evenly. Beneath it, the Solera-processed Dominican Habano binder and filler deliver waves of dried fruit, cedar, and warm spice that speak to the multi-vintage blending approach. Cream and nutty undertones round out the body at medium strength.

At under 30 minutes, the Festivo is ideal when you want a quality smoke without the full hour commitment. It's a particularly good format for newer enthusiasts learning what Dominican tobacco can offer without diving into heavier blends. Cut the Festivo with a straight cut for maximum surface area — see our cutting guide for technique. Track your Solera sessions and pair notes on Casa DNC.
