The Gran Toro extends the Wunder|Lust experience to a full 6 × 52, offering an additional inch of smoke time and a slightly larger ring gauge compared to the flagship Robusto. The blend is identical — Brazilian Mata Fina (Castaño Oscuro) wrapper, Indonesian Besuki binder, Nicaraguan filler — but the extra length gives every component more room to evolve and allows the Mata Fina's more nuanced characteristics to emerge in layers rather than all at once. What it tastes like

The Gran Toro opens similarly to the Robusto — creamy oak, natural sweetness, and gentle dried fruit — but the smoke takes a different path over its longer run. Around the midpoint, the Indonesian Besuki binder's earthiness becomes more pronounced, and a pleasant white pepper note appears that isn't as prominent in the shorter Robusto vitola. Coffee deepens through the second half. The burn and construction are typically excellent; the Mata Fina wrapper is well-prepared and the Besuki binder holds everything together cleanly.
