Like the Avarice, the Ambition's calling card is the savory, smoked-meat quality of its Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper. But the extra inch and a half of length gives the smoke more time to evolve. The first third is earthy and leathery; the Indonesian binder and Dominican/Nicaraguan filler add cedar and a balanced midrange.
