The Number 6 arrived in 2019 as an approachable, well-priced everyday smoke rolled at Rocky Patel's own El Paraiso factory in Honduras. It pairs a dark Honduran Corojo maduro wrapper with a Honduran binder and a Honduran-Nicaraguan filler. This is the 5.5 x 50 Robusto.

What it tastes like

The Corojo maduro wrapper gives an easygoing, slightly sweet profile: coffee and earth lead, with a distinctive vanilla note, plus cedar and cocoa filling things out. It sits squarely at medium — smooth and balanced, with enough flavor to stay interesting and a clean, even burn.

Who it's for

This is a friendly daily cigar, well suited to newer smokers building their palate and to veterans who want something relaxed and inexpensive. Pair it with coffee, an aged rum, or a porter. The wrapper is a maduro, so our Maduro vs Connecticut note is a useful read, and the cigar strength guide helps set expectations.
