CubanEverydayRamón Allones Small Club Coronas
Ramón Allones Small Club Coronas — a compact 4⅜ × 42 Petit Corona that delivers the brand's full, rich Cuban character in a tight 30–40 minute smoke.
Flavor profile
Roast · Fruity · Creamy · Spice
Not everyone has 90 minutes for a Double Corona, and Habanos knew it when they kept the Ramón Allones Small Club Coronas in the permanent lineup. This 4⅜ × 42 Petit Corona is one of the three cigars currently produced under the "RA" banner, and it punches well above its size.
What it tastes like
The cold draw often hints at nougat and cedar — a pleasant sign of well-fermented Cuban leaf. Once lit, warm coffee and toasted bread come forward immediately, with a creamy backbone that keeps the smoke from feeling sharp. The mid section opens up noticeably: cherry, almond, and a more forward espresso note make an appearance, while a restrained but present spice keeps the palate alert. The finish is clean and earthy, true to the brand's Partagás Factory heritage.
Cigar Aficionado awarded it 91 points — not bad for one of the more affordable entries in the Cuban premium market.
Who it's for
The Small Club Coronas is an excellent everyday smoke for anyone with some experience. It's not a beginner cigar — the medium-full strength and intensity of flavor require a palate that's developed past mild territory. If you're still finding your feet, our cigar strength guide can help you gauge readiness.
For experienced smokers, this is the ideal quick session: 30–40 minutes, always satisfying, never overwhelming. Pair it with a well-pulled espresso or a small pour of light rum. Log your weekly smokes — including these — in the Casa DNC app. Want to understand what makes Cuban tobacco distinctive at even small ring gauges?
