Flavor profile

Earthy · Roast · Sweet · Spice

The Padrón 1926 Serie 80 Years Natural is the sun-grown version of the cigar created for founder José O. Padrón's 80th birthday. Same 6.75 x 54 box-pressed perfecto, same blend of the company's oldest leaves aged at least five years — with a lighter wrapper that brings out a woodier, more classic side.

What it tastes like

It's a full-bodied perfecto, but the natural wrapper steers it toward cedar and coffee, with toasted almond, a touch of caramel sweetness, and a firm pepper finish. Made in tiny daily quantities by a single buncher and roller, it's beautifully consistent and impeccably built. Compared to the cocoa-and-orange-peel maduro, this is drier and more grain-driven, but no less elegant or deep.

Who it's for

A special-occasion cigar for experienced smokers who prefer a classic, tobacco-forward profile. Taste it beside the 80 Years Maduro to see how the wrapper reshapes it, and read maduro vs Connecticut for the why.

It's a pinnacle Nicaraguan smoke for the Cuban vs Nicaraguan comparison. Save it for a milestone, pour a cognac, and rate it in your humidor with the Casa DNC app.
