The Garagiste line takes its name from the winemakers of France's Bordeaux region who, in the mid-1990s, broke from tradition to produce small-batch "garage wines" with unconventional methods. Dion Giolito channeled that rebellious spirit into his spiciest, most assertive line to date: the Garagiste uses viso corojo and viso criollo from a specific AGANORSA farm wrapped in a bold Ecuadorian Habano, rolled at TABSA in Estelí.

The Robusto (5 x 50) opens with raw peppercorn and chili powder through the nose — an assertive entry that sets this cigar apart from the more refined Original Documents profile. Black pepper leads, but dried fruit, vanilla, cocoa, and baking spice follow in the middle third. The finish settles into earthy, creamy territory.
