Gurkha Ghost Shadow

The Ghost line is one of Gurkha's most recognizable blends, built around a Brazilian Arapiraca Maduro wrapper that delivers a dark, slightly sweet, and earthy character without tipping into the heavy bitterness some maduros carry. What it tastes like

The Brazilian Arapiraca leaf has a distinctive character: thinner than a Connecticut Broadleaf maduro, naturally fermented darker, and noticeably sweeter with less tar. On the Ghost Shadow that means an opening of cocoa and cinnamon that transitions into dried cherry and sweet leather as the blend warms up. The Nicaraguan Criollo '98 binder adds a quiet but present spice undercurrent, and the Dominican-Nicaraguan filler blend brings structure and body. The smoke is dense without being harsh, and the finish is medium-long with lingering cocoa.
