Cohiba Talismán Edición Limitada 2017

The Talismán was Cohiba's Edición Limitada for 2017 and one of the most successful Limited Editions Habanos has ever released. Like all Cuban Limited Editions, it uses leaves aged longer than usual, including a darker, more matured wrapper, which gives it a fuller, richer character than the standard line.

What it tastes like

This is a full-bodied Cuban with real depth. Expect cedar, cocoa, and coffee over a base of leather and earth, with a firm spice that runs through it. The extra-aged tobacco shows up as a rounded richness and a long, evolving smoke on the thick 54 ring gauge. It's bolder than a regular Cohiba but still carries the brand's polish.

Who it's for

A special-occasion cigar for aficionados — both because it's a limited release and because it's a genuinely impressive smoke.
