Cohiba Maduro 5 Magicos

The Magicos is the middle size in Cohiba's Maduro 5 line — a short, fat robusto on a 52 ring gauge. Like the rest of the line (Cohiba's only Cuban maduro, launched in 2007), it's wrapped in a dark leaf aged five years, which gives a sweeter, deeper spin on the classic Havana blend.

What it tastes like

The stubby format packs a lot of cool smoke and concentrated flavor into a shorter session. Expect cocoa, coffee, and cedar layered with dark fruit and a sweet, gentle spice from the aged maduro wrapper. It's medium-to-full and rich, but smoother and rounder than the dark color might suggest.
